Visit three of mankind's closest relatives, the chimpanzee, gorilla and orangutan and observe their many human-like characteristics. All three species found at the zoo are sadly highly endangered in their natural habitats.
Our Chimpanzee troop is composed of our alpha male, numerous adult females, adolescent and infants. Their lives resemble that of a daily soap opera with ongoing drama and relationship issues.
The Ape house can be found next to Cafe Fino by taking Gorilla walk to Ape Alley in the South Eastern side of the zoo.
