Service tickets must contain all of the following information:

Name and mobile contact number (not landlines only as people are not always at work or home and sometimes the depot manager requires more information).

E-mail address (optional)

Complete street address: It is vital to give the number of the property and not only the street name. It is even more important to provide the nearest cross street if the property is on a corner, e.g. 12 Park Street, Melville and not just Park Street, Melville, or, on the corner of Park Street and Flower Road, Melville.

Full description of complaint and reason for request, if applicable.
