Mr. Enos Sithole holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Human Resources Management from (MANCOSA) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from (UNISA). He has 20 years of corporate experience in Human Resource Management with multinational Companies and has served on the Human Resource Management advisory board for Durban University of Technology (DUT). He is currently the Executive Director of Sabile Human Resources Consulting.

Mr. Sithole is a member of the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) and the Association for Skills Development in South Africa (ASDSA).  He is serving as a District Treasurer for the South African Communist Party in Linda Jawbone (Johannesburg) District.

Mr. Sithole is the Chairperson of the Human Resources Social and Ethics Committee and has been serving as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo since 11 March 2020.
